The group won a tender to operate the Green Entrepreneurship Laboratory for 3 years and a grant of 14 million NIS per year from the Israeli Innovation Authority.

The complexity code

In the recent past we would meet in our studio, drink coffee and start getting to know the pieces of the puzzle the makes the full picture of your product/company, Today in the Corona era it is still possible but customers prefer – at least in the initial stage where they choose who will produce the promotional video for them, to meet first in the “Zoom” video app. So we drink less coffee (and we have a machine in the studio with beans that we grind on the spot, such an amazing coffee!) With less hugs and coffee, we “zoom” in to project demands.

So what do we want to know in this session? First of all we want to know who you are, where you started and where you are today, who your customers are, what target audience are you targeting? Who is going to watch your marketing video and what do we want him or her to do in the end – call? email? Will they fill out a form? Maybe they will make a purchase on the site?

At this point we start researching, watching competitors’ videos, understanding your USP, and starting to formulate a strategy for the video campaign, marketing video or promotional video we are about to produce. This is where the creative process begins, we come up with first few ideas, it is usually a kind of brainstorming in an internal creative session we hold in the studio, sometimes there is an idea that in one moment ignites the imagination and you can already see the video and what it will look like, sometimes it requires more thinking and time. Intended for marketing abroad For example, we combine our work with other creatives heads that join us in the process, finally we formulate a creative document that will ultimately form the basis for writing the script

After we drank fifty cups of coffee and got excited about ideas and finish making the  creative document, and after you liked and approve it, we shake hands, pressed elbows,  we start to formulate everything together into a script, of course depends on script, the video or campaign, promotional video and the concept we agreed on.

In case of filming at your locution, say if it’s in the company space, we will set up a meeting to tour and get to know all the “frame” options, We will basically gather all the information that is important for us to know and that will help us prepare for the day of filming properly, all stages of the pre-production are just as important as the production itself, good preparation will lead to a successful filming day.

If we have decided on an external location, which we have chosen and agreed on, we always visit the location before filming, it often happened before production we decided to change location after taking a tour. after all, we aim to produce the best promotional video possible, and a location pick is one of the importent decisions we take.

We work with a pool of 150 actors, presenters, male and female, we cast together with our customers involved and updated on the process. in the end we want to cast the promotional video with actors that are acceptable to everyone and suitable for the best performance.

So we set a filming day that was convenient for everyone, the production started and we are in action, sticking to the “shooting” board we worked on the week before, usually, an accurate schedule was set for each scene or location, making sure everything goes well. Our recommendation – let the team do the job, everyone is professional, all you have to do is to care is for everything that was needed from your side, If you participants from the company taking part in the video, make sure they are well prepared. If there is text to perform, even if there’s a promoter in front of you with rolling text, we recommend knowing the text almost by heart. In case of an interview, make sure you will master the topics you are about to talk about. A video production day that everyone comes ready and devoted for the result, will lead to better takes, better cuts on post-production, which will sum up in a great video.
Wow, we do not like compromises 🙂 At least when it comes to performance and the end result. We care, we are so passionate that the video will be as we designed it, so we keep our “gold all the way” rule, on our way to get a perfect result.

Post-production is where the magic happens, we start a process called logging, here we will sort all the raw materials, arrange data in folders, choose a hard drive for the project, and set backups.
Next, we will create one timeline where we will start creating the video flow, and build our narrative according to the script, then we will record narration and if necessary we will shoot more graphic elements on the green screen in the studio. We will characterize and select the most appropriate music for the video, we will record follies if necessary (this is when you see someone in the movie stepping on dry leaves and it sounds crispy) After effects and color grading. 

When the promotional video first draft is ready for preview, a special link will be sent, in which you will be able to add comments in real-time while viewing.

Once the promotional video, marketing video, advertisement or video campaign is set to go, we will master the files according to the platforms which we defined for the various needs of the projects, we will make cuts for Linkedin, Facebook, Amazon, YouTube, etc.
